Ha studiato Design Industriale a Delft. In quel periodo, ha progettato il primo veicolo a Guida Automatica ed ha arricchito la sua esperienza come designer lavorano presso varie aziende automobilistiche, tra cui Pininfarina, nella quale lavorerà anche dopo la laurea. È il fondatore di Granstudio, uno studio di mobility design a Torino nel quale un team di designer, ingegneri ed esperti di mobilità lavorano allo sviluppo di nuove soluzioni a livello urbanistico.
He studied Industrial Design Engineering in Delft. In those years, he designed the first Autonomous Driving vehicle and enriched his design experience through internships at various automotive companies, including Pininfarina, which he will join after the degree. He is the founder of Granstudio, a mobility design studio based in Turin where a team of designers, engineers and mobility experts work on the development of new solutions at an urban scale.
La macchina è stata uno dei simboli del XX secolo. Per molti anni ci siamo chiesti come le macchine potessero evolversi, tuttavia, oggi la nostra prospettiva va cambiata: abbiamo bisogno di una nuova chiave di lettura. Ciò significa prendere come punto di riferimento i bisogni della società, allo scopo di capire se abbiamo bisogno di macchine migliori, diverse o persino di meno macchine. Un viaggio tra idee astratte e dettagli concreti, con uno scopo specifico: accompagnarci verso una visione nuova e più umana del futuro.
The car was one of the symbols of the 20th Century. For many years, we have been asking ourselves how should cars change. However, today we need to change our perspective. We need a new reframing. This means taking the needs of society as our reference point, in order to understand whether we need a better car, a different car or even less cars. A journey of abstract ideas and concrete details, with a specific purpose: let us look at the future from a renewed and humanistic perspective.
